Give us all of your basic information including the name of your organization, the type of party you would like, how many guests you expect, and the prospective dates and times.

Schedule an appointment: Coordinators meet by appointment only. They will take you on your own personal tour to discuss your event—and they plan a customized package based on your specific needs!

Order a Proposal: After your appointment, our coordinators spend time putting together a specialized itinerary and menu for your event. Proposals highlight a price-per-person package and include all of the minute details of your event, because we understand how important those little things can be.

Become a member and put down a deposit: Each and every client that hosts an event becomes a proud sponsor by joining the ARTISANworks family! Once you’ve put down a deposit and joined as a member, your event date is set in stone, just for you.

Finalize: Depending on your event, you may want to visit the facility a few times before the big day. The Event Coordinators will work side-by-side with you to make all of the necessary preparations. Lots of supplies and decorations? Drop them off and we’ll gladly set them up for you. We make it a priority to lessen the load of our clients.
